Stephanie - the album

There's no music here because I can't find any. I worked for weeks on the music over on Lankershim Blvd, with her partner Ron Bloom in the room. I remember the sessions so well because of some bizarre stories I was told about family stuff, and also because it was so tough to get vocals. But Steph was very nice, despite all the pressure and confusion. She had a first single, made in Paris, and after I heard her sing in the studio, I wondered if someone else was singing that track, or at least doubling. The story of how that single happened made me think there might have been some moves made (not by Steph). And if that's true, fine. In the long run, Ron took all the production credit. I don't know if he's still producing music.
